Due to the luxury and hygienic nature of raw human hair, all sales are final, and we only offer store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Federal health and sanitation regulations strictly prohibit the return of used human hair products. To be eligible for a return, the hair bundles must be completely unopened with all original tags, rubber bands, and zip ties fully intact. We will not accept any items that have been washed, brushed, combed, cut, colored, or installed.
